We can help our clients in several ways, depending on their circumstances and needs:
* We meet with our client and their family or caregivers to perform an initial assessment of needs and develop an assistance plan.
* We create a move timeline for each client, identify the services that we will provide to them and clearly explain what they can expect
throughout the process.
* We monitor our clients throughout their move and follow up to make sure they are settled into their new home.
We are always accepting applications for assistance and keep all information in strict confidence. Although we can't help everyone in need
we will promptly evaluate each application and contact the applicant to discuss their circumstances and how our Senior Moving Services
program might be appropriate for their needs. If you or someone you know are a potential client, please give us some information and we
will contact you within three business days:
